Cotton bale press — Sudan
Problem — Need for a vertical hydraulic press producing dense cotton bales of 70–90 kg with: high production rate, compact footprint, and easy loading and mobility across multiple sites in the same day.
Approach — Engineered a mobile, high-cycle vertical baling solution sized for the client's logistics and output targets.

Scrap gripper — Sharqiya
Problem — Maintenance of a five-jaw scrap gripper imported from Turkey and manufacture of a new unit to the same specifications while avoiding known design flaws. Requirements: fast motion, high pressure capacity, and internationally conventional assembly methods.
Approach — Reverse-engineered and improved the gripper for reliability under local operating conditions.

Requirements — Specialized hydraulic press for melamine homeware: fast motion, high pressure and heat resistance, up to 150 tons in minimal footprint, full control of operating programs, and worker safety against operational hazards.
Status — Four-column press under development with integrated control and safety concept.
