How we build
Six steps from the first conversation to a machine that keeps running.
Engineering before steel
Every Pernoscal machine, standard or custom, goes through the same six stages. The order matters: we understand the job before we design, and we design and check before we cut steel. Most of the problems we are called in to fix come from skipping one of these steps.
- 01
Analyse
We start with your application: the part or material, the force and speed it needs, the output per shift, the space available, the power supply and the conditions the machine will work in, such as heat, dust and the number of shifts.
We also ask what goes wrong today. A machine that replaces an older one should solve its problems, not repeat them.
- 02
Design
Mechanical structure, hydraulic circuit and controls are designed together. We run load and stress analysis on the frame and critical parts so the machine holds up in continuous operation, size the hydraulics for the force and speed you need with low energy losses, and build the controls around how your operators actually work.
You review the design with our engineers before manufacture starts.
- 03
Manufacture
The machine is manufactured and assembled at our facility in 10th of Ramadan City. Materials are chosen for the loads they will carry, and parts are made to the tolerances the design calls for.
- 04
Test
Before delivery, every machine goes through several tests at our facility. We check the hydraulic system for pressure and leaks, test the controls and safety functions, and run the full working cycle.
A machine leaves only when it does what it was designed to do.
- 05
Install
We tell you in advance what the site needs. On site, we position and connect the machine, start it up, run it with your material and walk your team through safe operation and daily checks.
- 06
Support
After handover we stay responsible for the machine: maintenance, spare parts, technical support and repairs. Every service request gets a ticket number, so you always know where it stands.
The value of an industrial machine is not measured on delivery day, but by how well it keeps running in your plant for years.
Pascal's principle
Tell us what you need to press.
An engineer will study your request and get back to you with a proposal.
