Vertical Baling Press
Compact & Efficient Waste Management
Key specifications
- Lead time
- 4–6 weeks
Overview
Designed for reliability and environmental efficiency. Single-axis operation ensures consistent compression of metals, plastics, and other recyclables in a compact footprint.
How it works
Material is loaded through the gate at the top of the chamber, and a platen driven by the cylinder above presses it down. When the chamber is full, the bale is tied through the slots in the door and pushed out.
A vertical baler stands on a small footprint, which suits sites where floor space is short.
Choosing one
The right size follows from the material and how much of it you bale. Ask for a quotation and an engineer will size it with you.

Features
Compact design for minimal space usage
It stands upright, so it needs little floor space.
Semi-automatic bale ejection system
The finished bale is pushed out of the chamber rather than dug out by hand.
Clear points for manual bale tying
Slots in the door show where each tie goes, so every bale is tied the same way.
Force capacity from 20 to 150 tons
Chosen with you from the material and the bale you need.
