By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These terms cover the website only; the sale of machines, parts and services is governed by the contract or order confirmation signed for each sale.

Using the site

You may browse the site, use its tools and send us enquiries for genuine business purposes. You may not use automated tools to copy or scrape its content, try to access areas or data you are not authorised to use, interfere with its operation or security, or submit false, abusive or unlawful content through its forms.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, product data, photographs, renders, technical drawings, illustrations and the Pernoscal name and logo, belongs to Pernoscal or is used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of our products. Any other copying, publication or commercial use needs our written permission.

Product information

We work to keep product descriptions, specifications and images accurate, but they are indicative. Specifications may change as designs are improved, and images may show optional equipment. The specification that applies to your machine is the one in your signed contract.

Quotations and contracts

Submitting a quote request does not create a contract. Quotations we send are not binding until a contract or order confirmation is signed by both parties. Prices, delivery, payment and other commercial terms are those stated in the signed contract.

Warranty

Any warranty on a machine, part or service is given only under the terms of the sales or service contract for that item. Nothing on this website creates a warranty.

Calculators and tools

The calculators on this website, such as the press tonnage calculator, the cylinder calculator and the bale estimator, give estimates for guidance only. They are not an engineering design or certification. Have results checked by a qualified engineer before you rely on them; our engineers can review them with you on request.

Downloads

Catalogues, spec sheets and other documents on this site are provided for evaluating our products within your organisation. You may not republish or sell them, or remove our name or notices from them.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, Pernoscal is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, production or data, arising from the use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Egyptian law.

Indemnity

If you breach these terms, you agree to compensate Pernoscal for the losses and costs that result from the breach, including reasonable legal costs.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute about them falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.
