Engineering consulting
An engineer's review of your existing hydraulic equipment, with practical steps to improve performance and lower operating cost.

Many machines run, but not well. They use more energy than they should, break down repeatedly, lose performance under load, or make every product change a long job. These problems are often accepted as normal, yet each one costs money every shift.
Our consulting starts with the machine and the production around it. We look at the hydraulic circuit, the settings, the condition of key parts and how the machine is actually operated, then recommend changes in order of impact and cost, from a valve setting or a seal to a redesign of part of the system.
You can carry out the recommendations with your own team or ask Pernoscal to do the work.
How it works
- 01
Define the problem
What is wrong, since when, and what it costs you: energy, downtime, scrap or slow changeovers.
- 02
Site survey
We inspect the machine, review its settings and record how it behaves during operation.
- 03
Analysis
We trace symptoms back to causes in the hydraulic circuit, the mechanics or the controls.
- 04
Recommendations
A clear list of actions, ranked by impact and cost.
- 05
Implementation support
We help your team make the changes, or do the work ourselves, and check the result.
Questions
How often should hydraulic oil and filters be changed?
There is no single interval. It depends on operating hours, oil temperature, how clean the environment is and the condition of the filters. Hot, dusty plants running several shifts need shorter intervals than a clean workshop running one.
The reliable method is to check the oil regularly for colour, smell, water and particles, and to change filters when their indicator or pressure drop says so. Follow the machine's manual, and ask us to help set up a schedule for your conditions.
