Overview
The four-column structure provides superior rigidity and precise guidance for the moving platen, ensuring high accuracy and consistent quality across all forming operations.
How it works
A single main cylinder in the crown drives the slide down between four columns. Because the slide is guided at all four corners, it stays parallel to the bed even when the load is off-centre, so the upper and lower tools meet squarely on every stroke.
The columns tie the bed to the crown and carry the press force, and the open front and sides leave room for tools and loading.
Choosing one
The right force, table and stroke follow from the part you make, its material and the tool. Ask for a quotation and an engineer will size it with you.

Features
High-rigidity four-column structure
The slide is guided at all four corners, so it stays parallel to the bed under off-centre loads and the tools close squarely.
Precision PLC + HMI control system
Pressure, position and timing are set on the operator screen and held by the PLC, so each cycle repeats the last.
Rapid approach and return speeds
The slide moves quickly where nothing is being formed and slows only for the working stroke, which keeps each cycle short.
Capacity range from 100 to 5000+ tons
The force is chosen with you from the part, its material and the tool.
