Maintenance & repair

Fault finding and repair for hydraulic presses, balers and power units, to get a stopped machine running and keep a running one stable.

Hydraulic machines rarely fail without warning. Slower cycles, pressure that won't hold, leaks, overheating oil, noise from the pump or jerky movement are all signs that something in the system is wearing or set wrong. Left alone, they end in a breakdown at the worst moment.

Our engineers look for the cause, not just the broken part. A failed seal may point to contaminated oil, an overheating unit to a wrong valve setting, a slow press to a worn pump. We service the machines we build and machines from other makers, including imported equipment.

Beyond repairs, we can help you plan preventive maintenance: regular checks of oil condition, filters, seals, hoses and settings, so problems are caught before they stop production.

How it works

  1. 01

    Tell us what's happening

Open a service request on the website, or call or message us on WhatsApp. Photos, a short video and the serial number from the machine's nameplate help us prepare.

  2. 02

    First diagnosis

An engineer reviews the details and gets back to you. Some problems can be solved with guidance by phone; others need a visit.

  3. 03

    Site visit or workshop repair

We schedule a visit, or the faulty unit, such as a cylinder, is brought to our workshop in 10th of Ramadan City.

  4. 04

    Repair and test

We fix the cause, then run the machine and check pressures, movement and safety functions before handing it back.

  5. 05

    Report and recommendations

You receive a summary of what we found, what we changed and what to watch next.

Questions

How do I request service for a machine that has stopped?

Open a service request on the website and choose “Machine stopped” as the impact, or call or message us on WhatsApp. Add photos, a short video and the serial number from the machine's nameplate if you can.

You receive a ticket number by email and a link to follow the request. Stopped machines are handled with the highest priority.

Do you service machines made by other manufacturers?

Yes. Our maintenance and cylinder repair work covers equipment from other makers, including imported machines. One of our projects started with repairing an imported scrap grapple before we built an improved replacement.

We assess each machine first. If spare parts are no longer available, we can often design and make them.

How often should hydraulic oil and filters be changed?

There is no single interval. It depends on operating hours, oil temperature, how clean the environment is and the condition of the filters. Hot, dusty plants running several shifts need shorter intervals than a clean workshop running one.

The reliable method is to check the oil regularly for colour, smell, water and particles, and to change filters when their indicator or pressure drop says so. Follow the machine's manual, and ask us to help set up a schedule for your conditions.

Why does a hydraulic cylinder leak or drift under load?

External leaks at the rod usually mean worn rod seals or a scored, corroded or bent rod. Drift, where the cylinder slowly retracts or extends under load, often means the piston seals are leaking internally, although a valve in the circuit can cause the same symptom.

Contaminated oil speeds up seal and rod wear. New seals alone will not last if the rod or tube surface is damaged, so we always inspect and measure these parts during a rebuild.
