Key specifications

Overview
Specialized for thermal forming of rubber, silicone, porcelain, and melamine. Available with fixed or moving lower platens for improved operator safety.
How it works
Thermal forming presses a material in a heated mould until it takes the shape of the mould and sets. The press carries heated platens above and below the mould and holds the pressure and the temperature for the time each cycle needs.
With a moving lower platen, the mould slides out of the press for unloading and loading, so the operator’s hands stay out of the closing area.
Choosing one
The right press follows from the mould, the material and the product. Ask for a quotation and an engineer will size it with you.

Heat and pressure are held together for the time each material needs to set in the mould.
Available with moving lower platen
The lower platen slides out on rails for loading, keeping hands away from the closing area.
Programmable with 100+ recipe storage
Each product’s settings are stored once and recalled by name, so a change of mould is a change of program.
